Empowered DPA Eligibility Criteria

To ensure this program benefits those who need it most, we have set forth the following eligibility criteria:

First-Time Homebuyer Status: Perfect for those looking to own their first home.
Employment Background: Aimed at supporting current or retired employees from local, state, or federal government and medical professions.
Volunteer Service: Acknowledging the contributions of those who have served as unpaid volunteers in various capacities.
Loan Qualifications: Requires DU Approval / Eligible Findings, a minimum FICO score of 620, a maximum DTI of 48.99%, and up to 6% seller concessions.

Property Types Included

Empowered DPA is versatile and can be applied to various types of properties including:

Single, double, and triple-wide manufactured homes
1-2 unit properties, PUDs, and FHA-approved condos.

Please Note: While Empowered DPA is a national program, it is not available in Washington State.
